Kristian Digby, a TV host and presenter has been found dead at his home in Stratford, but it is not yet known what the cause of death was after it was reported that he died under “unexplained circumstances.”

The 32-year-old was pronounced dead at the scene when paramedics arrived at his flat at approximately 7.45am this morning. His next-of-kin have been informed.

A spokesperson for the Metropolitan Police said a man in their 30s was found at Richford Road, E15, where ambulance services reported “life was pronounced extinct.”

Metropolitan Police officers launched an investigation and sources said he had died in “unexplained” circumstances. There are no suggestions his death was suicide.

Kristian was a much-loved and talented presenter for BBC Daytime. He brought a real sense of energy and warmth to all the shows he presented and will be sorely missed. Our thoughts are with his family at this very difficult time

Digby is best known as co-host of BBC One daytime property programme To Buy Or Not To Buy. His previous credits include That Gay Show, Open House and Buy It, Sell It, Bank It.
