Matthew McConaughey and Camila Alves welcomed their second child, who joins big brother Levi, 17 months, reports People.com. Details regarding the gender and size of the baby are unavailable at this time.
Of his new bundle of joy, Matt wrote, ““New Year and New Baby! Happy New Year everybody!!! Vida is Portuguese for ‘life’ and that’s what God gave us this morning. Camila’s recovering wonderfully and we are both truly honored to welcome this little lady into our family. Thanks for all your well wishes and prayers along the way. Another blessed day, we give thanks, just keep livin’. Matthew and Camila.”
McConaughey, 40, and Alves, 26, who began dating in 2006, chose not to find out the sex of the before delivery, just as they did with Levi.
